LLTT Research Report NOW ONLINE The Australian National Training Authority (ANTA) funded Literacy Learning Through Technology (LLTT) Project was conducted by ALRNNV during 1997-98 . As part of this project Syed Javed carried out a research study with 9 ALBE sites in Victoria to document and research ALBE teachers and learners use of Online Technologies . The report covers Access, Training, use with learners and effects of Internet use on learners.
