Basketball Camp
Week 1
9th to 13th January 2012,
9.00am-3:30pm
Ages 8-15
Victoria University, Footscray Park
The Basketball Camp is designed for players of social, school or club teams. Students will be provided with a skill development program including individual assessment. The program utilises the fundamentals of running, shooting, dribbling and passing to enhance skill development, and to teach sportsmanship and teamwork. Drills, clinics, station work, and individual and team competition round a week of busy basketball. To change the pace and provide stimulation there will be a range of other activities such as Gym sessions and games interspersed with the skills sessions. It is always our aim to offer a well-rounded program to all our participants.
Cricket Camp
Week 1
9th to 13th January 2012,

Ages 7-15

The Cricket Camp is designed for players of social, school or club teams. Children will develop essential skills in the areas of bowling, fielding, batting and other aspects of the game of cricket. There will be an appreciation of etiquette and respect for the spirit of the game. To change the pace and provide stimulation there will be a range of other activities such as Gym sessions, water based activities and games interspersed with the skills sessions. It is always our aim to offer a well-rounded program to all our participants. Besides the Footscray Park Campus we also use the Merv Hughes Cricket Oval which is nearby
Soccer Camp
Week 2
16th to 20th January 2012, 9.00am-3:30pm
Ages 7-15

The Soccer Camp is designed for players of social, school or club teams. Children will be given the opportunity to refine essential skills in the areas of kicking, passing, blocking, shooting and other aspects of the game of soccer. The Camp will include plenty of drills and match practice. To change the pace and provide stimulation there will be a range of other activities such as Gym sessions, water based activities and games interspersed with the skills sessions. It is always our aim to offer a well-rounded program to all our participants.
Multi Sport Camp
Week 1 and Week 2
9th to 13th January and 16th to 20th January 2012, 9.00am-3:30pm
Ages 6-15
Victoria University, Footscray Park (Week 1 & 2) and Werribee (Week 2 only)
The Multi-sport Camp is a general program for children aged between 6 -15 years
(only 6 - 12 at the Werribee campus). Children will be divided into different age groups for the week. Younger children will be exposed to a wide variety of activities to develop fundamental physical movement skills to allow them to gain an appreciation for personal fitness through the “joy of activity”, while older children will be involved more in developing skills and fitness. The school activities include games designed to develop specific skills such as hand-eye coordination, team play and body awareness in a cooperative and supportive way.
Each day is packed with 4-5 different activities such as soccer, basketball, football, volleyball, water sports, tennis, cricket and fitness sessions. Time is spent developing basic skills, making new friends and having a lot of fun participating in a multi-sport experience.
Netball Camp
Week 2

Tennis Camp

The Tennis Camp is designed for players of social, school or club teams. Students will be provided with a skill development program including individual assessment. The program utilizes the fundamentals from the game of tennis to enhance skill development, and to teach sportsmanship, communication and leadership. Drills, clinics, skill refinement, and competition round out a busy week of tennis. To change the pace and provide stimulation there will be a range of other activities such as Gym sessions, water based activities and games interspersed with the skills sessions. It is always our aim to offer a well-rounded program to all our participants.
