2. chose which camp you would like to attend
3. complete both sides of the form
4. ensure the payment details section is completed
5. post or email both pages of the form back to us (with payment)
6. print out the relevant Information Package
   - Footscray Park camps
   - Werribee camps

Once registered a receipt and detailed information package will be posted!
