About the Research Report Collection (RRC)
The RGMIA created the RRC in 1998 as a preprint collection of research
reports, with the quick dissemination of results as its aim. We
stress that the Research Report Collection (RRC) is an un-reviewed
preprint collection, and the copyright of its papers remains with the authors,
and can be submitted to other journals.
These files are password protected. They are available
only to RGMIA members.
Printed Issues
Hardcopies of the booklet are sent
to the authors, to selected academic departments, and are
exchanged with over sixty
publications worldwide. Four issues will be printed each year. The
papers also appear in electronic form on the RGMIA website.
The selection of papers to appear in the printed issues is based on the
following criteria
- format of the paper (eg. tex, dvi, pdf, ps,
doc, html)
Tex files are preferred, as they are used to produce the printed
copies of the Research Report. Microsoft doc and HTML files will be
put in the Supplement issue by default.
- diversity of authors in the issue
- appropriateness of the paper
Supplement
Due to the limitations of the printed version (only four issues per
year) the RGMIA has introduced a supplement issue that is be
purely electronic. The supplement will not
be printed, and will be unlimited in the number of papers it publishes
online. The files available will be the original files provided by
the authors (pdf, dvi, ps, html).
