You may need to further
subdivide your paragraphs as your information grows. If so, you can create symbols to
represent the subparagraphs and code your points accordingly.
The following 'paragraph' of
information may have grown to 3 or 4 pages after researching the area. It would,
therefore, be worth breaking it into other smaller paragraphs such as:

· Culture
· Lifestyle
· Government Policy
Once you have established the
different subcategories, you can code your notes (with first letter or different
highlighting) so that you can group the information together to write the more
particularised subparagraphs.
