This course is designed to assist language learners improve their listening comprehension when dealing with recorded information when using the telephone.

We recommend you work through the activities in the order they are presented.

If, at any time, you need help, contact your teacher.

Ask your teacher for the Learner Guide to help you study the materials.

You will need to have the following software on your computer:

1. Adobe Acrobat Reader (Test for it) (Get Acrobat Reader)
2. Macromedia Authorware Web Player Plug-in (Test for it) (Get Web Player)
