4. Farewell Function
We are holding a Pre-Depature Session for outgoing VU students before the Farewell Function on 7 June. We are also inviting these students to attend the Farewell Function where many of them will be able to meet up with students who attend the overseas university they have chosen for their exchange experience. We also would like to take the opportunity to wish each and everyone of you all the best in your future endeavors! Please find information on the Farewell Function below.....also, don't forget to RSVP if you are going to attend!:

The answer to " How many famous men and women have been born in Melbourne?" is None - they were babies when they were born!
This will be your last chance to win a prize so enter the Competition

6. Education Abroad Activities (June-July)
This information is for current exchange and Study Abroad students who will be with us in Semester 2, 2005. We are offering activities to overseas students participating in our Australian Cultural Studies short course program in June and July. If you would like to also be involved in any of these activities we would love you to come along. They are:
Tram Car Restaurant Dinner
Travel around Melbourne on the tram while dining. The menu offered is high quality Australian fare (even Kangaroo on the menu)
Date: Wednesday 22 June, 2005 (early sitting 5.45pm)
Cost: $78.00 (3 course meal) exclusive of drinks (a little expensive, but well worth it!!)
AFL Football Match
Watch the Aussie Rules match with the natives!!! It's a thrilling experience and one not to be missed!

FINALLY..............The next Newsletter will be produced on 10 June, 2005. We will include photos taken on the night of the "Karaoke Farewell". Please make sure you view this newsletter. The night should produce some very interesting photos!!!!
